Appearance

Customize the look, feel, and features of your tenant application.

AI chat

Master switch for the AI assistant panel. Off removes it from the app entirely.

Chat message menu

Per-message menu giving access to the raw answer and the underlying query.

Assistant picture-in-picture

Adds a “pop out” button that detaches the chat into a floating window, keeping the drawing visible.

AI answer rating

Adds a “Rate answer” button under each reply, so users can flag good and bad answers.

Thinking process replay

Lets users unfold the reasoning steps the assistant went through before answering.

Area unit

Shown in column headers, e.g. SF or m²

Bottom pane height (%)

Starting height of the results pane, in percent of the window.

Accent

Secondary brand colour, used for the AI button and lighter actions. Its gradient, hover and muted variant are derived from it.

Accent text

Label colour inside those accent buttons.

Bottom panel background

Background of the bottom pane, where search results and tables appear.

Primary (buttons)

Main brand colour. The header action buttons, the floating button, the panel and sidebar palette, the hover states and the focus rings are all derived from it.

Primary text

Label colour inside those primary buttons — keep it readable against the fill above.

Right action background

Background of the action strip on the right of the drawing.

Search input text

Text colour typed into the search box — set it against the sidebar background.

Highlight behind the drawing currently open in the tree.

Background of the left panel that holds the drawings tree.

Highlight shown as the pointer passes over a tree entry.

Contact emails

Default plan name

Must match the plan name in your plans.json

Default property number

Plan opened when the app starts · leave both blank to open none

Financial Summary

Totals rent, sales and occupancy cost over the selected spaces.

Guess the tab when no caption matches

Uses the first detail tab as a last resort; results are flagged as a guess

Tenant insights data source

Where Ranking / Comparison read from. “Auto” tries the SQL endpoint, then the plan files.

JSON PDF report

PDF report built from the record data of the selected spaces, rather than from the drawing.

Left pane width (%)

Starting width of the drawings tree, in percent of the window. Users can still drag it.

Login feature

Requires users to sign in before they reach the drawings. Off makes the app open to anyone with the link.

Logo opacity (0–100)

Transparency of the watermark logo: 0 makes it invisible, 100 fully opaque.

Logo position

Where the watermark logo sits over the drawing itself — not the header logo above.

Show logo on sidebar

Repeats the logo at the top of the left panel. Off gives the drawings tree more height.

Logo size

Size of that watermark logo over the drawing.

Logo URL

Your logo in the app header. Any URL the browser can reach; a transparent PNG or an SVG works best.

Occupant tab captions

Lower-case fragments of the detail-tab caption holding the occupant record

Opportunity Cost

Estimates what the selected spaces would earn at the average rent per area of their peers.

PDF: include the cover page

First page of the export — title, property/plan and the wing space list. Off starts on the results table.

PDF: show the generated date

Stamps the export date on the PDF. Off when the document is meant to be reused without looking stale.

Show contact emails

Off hides the contact block in the About box, whatever addresses are set above.

Tenant Ranking

Ranks one selected occupant against its peers on sales and rent per area. Needs exactly one space selected.

Tour dialog

Wing Analysis

Table of the selected spaces with a summary row, exportable to PDF. Its columns are set further down.
