AI Ratings & Interaction Logging

For systems utilizing the CADViewer AI integrations (such as Snowflake Cortex), the AI Ratings pane provides complete user interaction logging.

AI Ratings Pane

This powerful telemetry dashboard tracks how end-users are interacting with the AI chat features:

Rating Distribution: View aggregated metrics like Total Ratings, Average Rating, and a breakdown of 5-star vs 1-star responses.
Granular Feedback: Review individual user interactions. The table logs the exact date, the user’s name, the QUERY they asked the AI, the SEARCH SCOPE, and any text COMMENT they left regarding the AI’s performance.
Deep Logs: Click the View Log link next to any query to see the exact payload and AI response trace.
Data Export: Easily export the entire feedback loop using the Export CSV or Export JSON buttons for offline analytics.
