Load Parameters from URL

Application programmers can pass over parameters to the document implementing CADViewer. To ease picking up these user parameters, the CADViewer API has implemented the method cvjs_GetURLParameter(). The method is used to read and pass over control parameter, such as the drawing file to CADViewer.
